Excellent. Office staff is always courteous & very professional & friendly. Dr. Dillon is one of the greatest doctors I've ever seen. He truly listens to his patients, bust most importantly I never feel rushed when I come in for an appointment, like I do at my other physicians office. This is something I value as a patient.He cares, he listens & I'm never rushed. Priceless!!!

Every visit is always very good. I am greated with smiles an hello's. My check in is good for wt. and B.P. Always someone with a smile and welcoming me into a room. Its very clean and quite. Never have to worry about the wait. Great service. Dr is very polite and professional. Most important I have enough time to talk and he listens patiently. I trust Dr. Dhillon.

I showed up on time (early even) for a 9:30 AM appointment, and had to wait an hour for the doctor (who seemingly hadn't arrived at work yet -- the nurses left him a couple of voicemails that I was waiting when I inquired). It was frustrating considering I was the first patient of the day (it's not like there was a backlog) and I was late to a work meeting that I assumed I'd make.
The doctor was kind and the visit was very quick -- but overall felt a lack of hospitality/professionalism around my appointment time; I did not appreciate waiting an hour for 10 minutes with a doctor who didn't even apologize for showing up to work late.
