Insensitive and unhelpful. Wasn’t helped for the reason I came in, was instead referred around to different doctors who are “uncomfortable” treating/touching my keloid. It’s almost as if medical professionals aren’t paid to provide unbiased, reliable treatment without judgement. Won’t be going back

This is mostly a review for Avita MD, the practice overseeing everything. For a 15-min assessment my insurance was sent an unreasonably large claim.
I’d never have visited if I knew it was this big of a ripoff.

This was my first visit. I booked the appointment because I had an ear infection which the doctor carefully examined. Within the same appointment, I got some consultation on vaccines that I was hoping to get and some bloodwork that I was hoping to get done. It was such a good experience that I'm going to continue with the doctor as my primary care doctor.
