Dr H Patel had a a very pleasant and professional manner. Additionally, he appeared knowledgable in his field. He really listened to what I had to say, and spent a decent amount of time with me. I was treated like a "real live patient" by him rather than just a "number", as is too often the case in busy offices, where doctors are usually overbooked and forced to rush through appointments.
The two front office assistants however, were extremely rude and impatient. They acted as though we (the patients) were terribly inconveniencing them. Since I was very pleased with my session with the doctor, I have chosen to ignore my encounter with these two most unpleasant staff members, and will be following up. I can however see how their insensitive behavior may be a turn off to a lot of patients. Fortunately, the doctors demeanor more than made up for it, but the office manager really should replace these two disrespectful employees.

I think that Dr Patel was very kind and compassionate. The office staff was very nice as well.
