Dr Hawan was easy-going and genuinely attentive to my new patient appointment. We talked about my recent 2-yr medical situations, and my reason for being there. My GP of 40 yrs had recently passed away, so I was evaluating the visit for potential new GP…definitely will continue. We talked about nutrition, vitamins, and future med history review. The front-desk medical staff was also very helpful and friendly.

In addition to his Western expertise, Dr. Awan holds an interest in alternative and integrative medical approaches, particularly Yoga.

I had a great experience, I felt heard because I was able to voice my medical concerns and have all of my questions answered. The environment was friendly and the staff was amazing. My provider was clear and he gave me options and referrals to separate practices.

Check in was quick and complete. Was actually checked in and seen by the actual doctor at 4:55 for a 5 o'clock appt. Dr seemed short and to point (much appreciated by me) but very attentive. Was an initial appt. Follow up in 2 weeks for in house blood work.
Would recommend for what seems like a no nonsense primary care doctor.

The wait time was horrible I waited over an hour with one appointment rescheduled by their office then rebooked by them and I still waited over an hour arriving right on the dot for an after work appointment I hadn’t had lunch that day n I was very light headed during my drive home kinda scary n that’s not like me to be on time lol

I felt comfortable there, even with being a little nervous, and he noticed things I didn't even think about mentioning. I made my appointment and came to the office. The waiting room was full because the doctor had not showed up yet and people were frustrated. The receptionist asked for a hard copy of my insurance card and I said I did not have one but that I had a picture of it on my phone (similar to how ZocDoc performs). I asked if I could email it and she actually said "we don't have e-mail." Then she told me I could write down the information which I did and she came back over 20 minutes later me said they had to have the hard copy of the insurance card. First off, I work in insurance so I know this isn't true. They were backed up and rather than just telling me that as a new patient that they were behind schedule they made up some story about needing a physical insurance card and not having email when that is exactly how ZocDoc communicates with them. I do not recommend.
