This was a superb experience. I have plantar faciatis and have been dealing with this for months on my own. I finally decided to go to the doctor as a last resort. I am glad I did! He did a detailed evaluation, took an xray, adminstered a cortisone shot (which was the thing that was prohibiting me from going to the doctor in the first place), recommended daily stretch activity, and special insoles which I could buy at a nearby pharmacy. It was easy and really not painful at all. He has delighful personality, and truly an honest approach to podiatry. Highly recommend his practice. I look forward to walking without a limp soon!

Thank you for visiting my site. I think you will find our practice is not only warm and friendly but we have the cutting edge medical and surgical skills needed to protect your health and alleviate any podiatric issues you may have. As the first podiatrist in the nation to be selected for a APMA/American Diabetes Association Research Fellowship, an honor only offered to one podiatrist every 2 years nationally, I have extensive experience in complex foot and ankle reconstruction surgery using both internal and external fixation techniques. I am also on staff at the PIH Health Wound Care Clinic and enjoy helping people get their chronic wounds healed. I also enjoy a well rounded office based practice treating all kinds of common lower extremity issues, including sports medicine and general foot care. We believe every patient deserves time with the physician to discuss their unique situation and that treatment decisions are made by both the patient and the physician working as a team. Insurance plans will never dictate care to us!

I have enjoyed my visits with Dr. Kobaissi. He immediately could see and understand what he saw on my feet. He gave me the most complete explanation as to the problem and then very clear instructions on what was to be done, and the healing process. After the surgery (it was the 3rd) I had no pain or problems. He gave me back my life!
