“Dr. Kevin Mai is very kinda and easy to open up to. I never felt comfortable with a male doctor until I met Dr. Mai. The reception staff could use some work. Walked in and was just stared at, no greetings, nothing. Awkward. One side was pharmacy and the other was appointment check in. Checking in, the woman behind the glass window was very meek. Their glass is solid and thick, making it difficult to hear unless each person on either side of the glass spoke with their chest. She heard me just fine but I could barely hear her. I had to ask her to speak up lol. She also took my payment while I just stood there for a solid five minutes waiting. She could’ve been more communicative saying for example, “okay you can take a seat while I sort out your payment and I’ll let you know when you’re good.” There were waiting chairs right behind me. Also their office is humid! I’ve never been in a doctors office that was so humid. So overall Dr. Mai is great, his staff just needs better service skills”

Dr. Kevin Mai is young, enthusiastic, and compassionate. He took his time to listen to our needs and did not rush us to leave the room, repeatedly asking if we have any questions before he ended our visit. I got to know Dr. Mai through a few of his patients who highly recommended us meet with him. Our family is very grateful for his check up for my dad today. Dr. Mai was very professional and asked all the needed questions. I went in for an annual physical and was out of there in about 40 mins. I will be coming back for future appointments.

Doctor Mai was great at listening and seemed like he really cares. The office compared to others is good at following up and staying ontop of things as other offices I constantly have to call and relay same information or be asked same thing over and over as and this office is the opposite so I appreciate that people dealing with issues need genuine good care and they do a great job!

I was immediately welcomed by Dr. Mai’s staff. The front desk gentleman was friendly, professional and efficient. The medical assistant was calming and gentle after being extremely anxious. Dr. Mai listened to all my concerns even if I seemed to repeat myself. He also reassured me again after being so anxious. Out of all the offices I have been to including the doctors I have worked for, this is an amazing Dr., staff and office. I am so glad I found them and look forward to continue being seen by them!

I wouldn’t recommend booking an appointment at this place at all. The medical assistant was so rude when I got there . I walked to the door and was aggressively mean for no reason. I haven’t even spoken and she was just rude. Maybe hire someone who is gonna keep it professional especially at a doctors office. I wouldn’t want to hire someone like that especially in my office.

This was my first visit with Dr. Mai and I had a great experience. The office staff was all very helpful, and the building looked brand new. Dr. Mai took the time to listen to my health concerns and offered suggestions while still making me feel like I was in charge of decisions about my care. I would have to say Dr. Kevin would probably be the one of the best listeners that I’ve ever seen with my situation and what I’ve been through I’ve been seeing a lot of doctors throughout my life and thing is that I like is a good listener to help and cope with issues that you have we all I’m not perfect in life but we always wanted someone there to turn to turn to when things go downhill and back to Kevin I would have a safe one the best and I’s I’ve seen at least 50 doctors rate and thank you.
