Great office and great people in it! Highly recommend it! Only issue was they didn’t have my appointment, I booked the day before and they never confirmed it. So make sure you get the confirmation email before hand.

As a high myope herself, she understands the risks of having a high prescription and the importance of acting early to set children up for a healthy future. She is certified to fit overnight hard lenses called orthokeratology and Gentle Molding, which can help manage and slow the progression of myopia in children. Dr. Bae is committed to providing exceptional care to her patients and is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in myopia management. She believes in educating her patients and their families about the risks and benefits of different treatment options, and works with them to develop personalized management plans. In her free time, Dr. Bae enjoys volunteering at her church and spending time with friends at cafes. She is a compassionate and caring provider who is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal eye health and visual acuity.
Dr. Bae recently moved to Northern Virginia, but her hometown is not that far away in Yorktown, Virginia. She graduated from VCU in 2013 and then moved to Tennessee where she completed her training at the Southern College of Optometry and obtained her Doctor of Optometry in 2019. She completed clinical rotations in different settings including a surgical center and private practice, but her passion resides in private practice since it allows her to get personal with patients and truly build lasting relationships. She also spent time after graduation volunteering in eye clinics throughout Belize because she believes serving underserved communities is a key role we can play.

Great experience going to this office. Each staff member was very knowledgeable and thorough, they took their time to explain results of test results etc. and were very patient to explain different options to their clients. Absolutely loved Dr. Bae and her staff. I definitely will be returning back to this office.
