Heather has been a practicing dietitian since 2005, after studying at Hunter College in NYC and completing a Master of Science degree in Nutrition Education and Food Science from Montclair State University where she is currently an Adjunct Nutrition Professor.
As a Registered Dietitian, Heather is trained to assess each client’s needs and build a specific plan to fit their nutrition goals and lifestyle. This individualized approach is essential for all areas of nutrition and gives clients the opportunity to succeed!
Heather will work with you to come up with a customized plan that not only meets your daily nutrient requirements, but as you work together she will educate you on everything from reading food labels to behavior modification techniques - ensuring you continue your new healthy habits.
