Dr. Xelenia DePeña, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over eight years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care. She earned her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana School of Medicine in the Dominican Republic and completed her Family Medicine residency at AMITA Health Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
