The staff was friendly and professional. They did not make you wait and asked questions to get to know you better. The staff helping with glasses and checkout were patient and explained the charges. They actually helped me make the most of my insurance and did not try to sell me the higher priced ones. I felt very comfortable in the office and will encourage entire family to see them.

She was great. Very thorough. I waitef for hrr for about 10 minutes, and she apologized for not being respectful of my time at least 3 times. They didn't hard sell their frames to me either, which I liked. I was in and out in just under an hour. Definitely would go back. This is my second time. Alsi like being able to schedule online and get text reminder.
