From the moment I walked in trying to figure out my insurance stuff, through the moment I was getting a break-down on all of the machinery and how it worked, all the way down to the moment where I played dress up with all of their glasses and asked them to help me pick top three. Staff were kind, attentive, informative, patient, and helpful! Give em all a raiseeeee”

About Dr. Bradley Ortisi
Bradley Ortisi, O.D., earned his Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2023. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida, completed in 2018. Inspired by the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of his patients, Dr. Ortisi chose to pursue a career in optometry to enhance the quality of life within his community. He is passionate about providing vision correction and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support overall physical well-being. For him, the most rewarding part of being an optometrist is the instant gratification of helping someone see clearly. Watching a patient's face light up when they experience improved vision is what makes his work so fulfilling.

I got an exam and I didn't even get a complementary pair of contacts. Not impressed, could tell there was a bias towards certain customers. Unfortunately being a first time patron I was not on the good list. So I did sit in the room for about 20 minutes waiting for the doctor

I would tell people that the doctor and his assistant were incredibly good. However, the office was not professional and mislead me about the pricing for the services. I had asked them about what the cost of the services would be and they charged me far more.

What a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, clearly explained everything, and very welcoming. I had a lovely conversation with Elizabeth! I checked in about 15 minutes early and was seen by the doc about 5 minutes after that--being seen early is great!
