I had a good experience with Dr. Bai. She was thorough, answered all my questions really well, and I'd feel comfortable going back to her the next time.

It was "okay". She neglected to tell me she was putting the chair back so it jolted me in a potentially harmful way. She was professional but I didn't feel completely "heard". Will see how the follow up goes for a decisive opinion from me.

I had a great visit. I felt that doctor Bai listened to my concerns, took the necessary and precautienary steps to look at all possible causes of my concerns and came to a conclusion. She explained the conclusion well.
