Her Internal Medicine Residency and Pulmonary Fellowship were completed at Northwestern Memorial Hospital/Northwestern University and she completed additional training in sleep disorders while serving as a faculty member at Northwestern. She has spent much of her professional time for the last 20 years practicing Sleep Medicine. Dr. Martin is boarded in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep Medicine.
When seeing patients in the office, Dr. Martin strives to listen closely to the patient’s concerns and to work with them to find a solution. She feels it is very important to educate patients about their medical conditions so that they can participate in making informed decisions concerning their care. She endeavors to provide compassionate and thorough care.
In her free time Dr. Martin enjoys bicycling with her husband and family as well as exercising, reading and cooking.
