I'll be honest, I don't think I have ever waited so long in a waiting room (and then in the doctor's office) to see a doctor, but it was worth the wait. Dr. Surath was really kind and understanding and seemed to truly care about me. His recommendations and medication have been working for me, and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back to see him.

its was great on point and swift but had trouble with getting checked in with receptionist and insurance policy but the visit was great frm the nurse up to dr. surath

I will definitely be going back to see him.

The staff and doctor were very professional and friendly, and the facilities were clean and welcoming. I wasn't able to have any STD tests run on the premises (would have had to go to the hospital across the street, which I didn't have time for) and I didn't really recieve assistance for my anxiety issues other than a recommendation to talk to a psychiatrist (but without a referral to one who would take Medicaid). I would certainly recommend for a checkup or if you've caught a bug, but not for a more comprehensive visit.

Honestly, it felt like he was uncomfortable with the issue. Wrote off the problem as a much worse condition that it is. Likes to hear himself talk, doesn't like to spend enough time with patient.
