Office isn’t very warm. It feels more like a prison waiting room than a doctor’s office. Bright fluorescent lights. Barson windows. Hard chairs. Disaster with insurance. They stopped accepting my insurance after I used them and didn’t tell me when I checked in and presented my insurance card. Paying a bill is extremely inconvenient. Billing service doesn’t answer the phone. Office doesn’t know anything about bill. Credit card machine doesn’t work. Only options - pay by mail or pain in person. Simply put, I’ll never be back. Not worth the hassle. At all.

I think the doctor is very professional and knowledgeable in the field of cardiology. However, the wait time in that officeis so unprofessional and inconsiderate. The wait was more than two hours each time I had a visit. I will not be returning

Doctor himself was ok, but made up a small fraction of my visit, and by that time I was already feeling uncomfortable. I chose this doctor because I wanted to be seen after several recent experiences of feeling invisible by the medical community. I traveled an hour outside of my community to do so, but left feeling so invisible and uncomfortable because of a student who came across as very dismissive and arrogant. I get that he was overwhelmed, but bedside manner really needs to improve. Start with a genuine introduction about what is happening and who you are, take your time to convey warmth in the interview, and look at and speak with your patient about their concerns or questions. You are asking personal information, that is the least we deserve. Connect with your patients, please (and be nicer to your colleagues). And when we give you feedback in real time, don't dismiss us all over again. We are human beings, not just data points. I'm hoping this isn't the norm at this practice.

State of the art equipment, nice clean office space. Doctor Saint Jacques, is a formidable cardiologist, he got to the root of my problem where others had only given me a pill and told me to get more exercise. Doc, really cares, and knows his stuff too!

I highly recommend Doctor Saint-Jacques very thorough and gives patient great understanding of the heart. You feel positive because of his energy. Compassion and care. My only dislike is the wait time is very long. I waited several hours as a new patient. My second visit still a long wait. The free coffe is nice but wait is long.

I made my appointment for 9:45 for a pacemaker check and Dr. Saint-Jacques did not arrive in the office until after 11:30. The front desk did not tell me until after an hour that they don't do pacemaker checks on that day even though when I made my appointment, I specifically said that's what I was coming in for. The doctor is very personable and knowledgable but I waited too long to be seen and the front desk was very dismissive of my appointment.

When I finally saw the doctor he was very nice. However, my appointment was for 10 AM. At 10:45, I asked the receptionist how much longer the wait would be, and she said "the doctor is 2 blocks away." I said "my appointment was at 10" and she replied, unapologetically, "yes, the doctor starts at 10 but he is a running a few minutes late." "A few minutes" turned out to be an hour an a half, since when he finally arrived, it turned out someone else had had an appointment for 9:30. I suggested that someone could have let the patients know in advance if the doctor was running an hour and a half late (and had not even shown up at the office yet), and the receptionists seemed really confused by this idea. After I finally saw the doctor, he wrote me a referral to get an X-Ray, but forgot to sign it, which meant I had to bring it back to him and then bring it back to the X-Ray place. Again, this doctor was nice, but horribly disorganized, apparently-- which, beyond being incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, makes it hard to really trust him as a doctor. If he forgets to sign a prescription, what other "details" might he overlook? If he shows up an hour and a half late for work, in what other ways might he be irresponsible and inconsiderate?

Dr Saint-Jacques is excellent. He make sure to make the consultation comfortable, explains in detail is observations and is treatment options. Fantastic The only problem is the wait. The staff and the doctor has to work on appointment time. We will see the doctor again, but if we have to wait more than one hour we may have to reconsider.

It was my very first visit so I didn't have anything in regard to expectation. The staff was very personable and pleasant, as was Dr. Saint-Jacques so I can't really complain. Everyone was very helpful. However, the wait was very long (and the funeral march playing in the waiting room was kind of morbid - need to be more careful with that Spotify playlist!).

I will not be seeing this doctor again. They make appointments but will have you wait well over an hour to be seen. Even for small things that can be done by the nurses. If you don’t already have a heart condition, this place will help create one by raising your blood pressure because of their unprofessionalism.

It was a pleasure to have a doctor take the time to really assist me in understanding the potential medical problem with an actual replica of the heart and how it functions.
