I visited Dr. Katz for the first time today. His office staff are very pleasant and friendly. I had to wait over an hour after my appointment time and almost walked out, but the receptionist indicated they had computer issues earlier in the day and were just getting back on their feet. I was glad I waited. Dr. Katz had an excellent bedside manner and even though I was not in the exam room for more than 15 minutes, I felt like he took the time to listen to my concerns and recommend a treatment plan. The office staff apologized for the long wait on my way out. I'd happily return.

The pre registration I did prior to the visit was not honored. I was told they don't count it and that I would have to fill out the pre registration all over again!

Dr.katz in my opinion was not children friendly. Having toddlers wait an hour and a half for an appointment was not ideal. When ready to leave the staff and the staff next door spoke about my family in a negative manner. Truly unprofessional.
