Dr. Lipner impressed me considerably. He took the time to review the symptoms that brought me to him, to explain what they meant, and to discuss possible courses of action with me as well. He also had the patience to answer my questions and to make sure I understood what was going on. Then, when my lab results came in, he called in the evening to tell me and to explain their significance. He clearly knows his field quite well, but was very down-to-earth when we were talking.

Dr. Lipner was great! He took his time to listen to all my complaints and explained everything very quietly and simply, so I could understand.
He didn't rush to give me a final diagnosis since he needs more test results to decide.
