The office is close to my house, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Roenigk was friendly and efficient, but a bit disinterested and detached about my comments. I would probably see him again.
There is always a wait at this office. A few months ago I carefully planned an appt here around another one, giving it an hour, plus 30 min travel time. I waited an hour and 15 min and had to leave for the next appt without seeing the PA [for which I was late]. The wait for this appointment was about 40 minutes, even though I was told when I arrived that the doc was running pretty much on schedule. I tend to plan errands, appts, events on a "day out" to economize on my time. I had two sons waiting for me to pick them up for a late birthday lunch [one is way out in Goodyear, 168th Ave West)] and the birthday boy and I arrived much later than planned. The freeway was a "parking lot" for many miles due to an accident so had to take an alternate route, and we did not eat lunch until after 4:00 pm, making it an early dinner (which messed up plans for the dinner I prepped at home that morning). We were all starving, having saved ourselves for the special meal--I hadn't eaten all day. If I had been seen near my appt time, I might have avoided the huge traffic jam, and been able to cook the dinner I prepped for my fiancee and me (he ate frozen pizza while I was still out). I had to put the fresh meat in the freezer because of a full weekend, and hope the chopped veggies and other prep are still good in 3 days.
My main complaint is that my time is valuable and it is frustrating for me every time this happens. I know the more appts set, the more $$ the office makes, but my advice is to please plan sufficient time between appointments. If some go more quickly than expected, oh well, the doc has a few extra minutes to catch up on other stuff.
