Dr. Viviane Che, DNP, AGNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a Nurse practitioner board-certified in both Adult/Geriatric and Mental Health in Goodyear, Arizona, and is affiliated with the Veterans Administration in Phoenix, Arizona. She also has experience in home health primary care and pain management. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Frontier University, her AGNP at Northpark University, and her PMHNP at Wilkes University, and has practiced as a Primary Care Provider for over 10 years. She has expertise in managing chronic kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension, & high blood pressure. She also performs physical examinations and Possesses Strong skills in communicating and educating patients/family members. Order and interpret laboratory tests, including EKGs, event monitors, stress tests, and appropriate workups for specialty referrals. Manage acute and chronic health care needs of adult/geriatric patients. Strong core knowledge base in nursing with experience managing patients with mental health/chronic pain management. As a mental health provider, she manages depression, anxiety, and PTSD among other conditions. I booked this Appointment a week in advance. I drive to the address listed . It turned into a Adult day care for old folk . Confused so I went back to my car , did some googling found the office is now located 4 miles down the road . Even though on there website it says its at there old location located on Dyart and Van Buren . If you Google the phone # Provided it shows there location is on Indian School N Dysart
Even when ariving to the second location I had to find thru my own research, I still couldn't find a building named VSquare health clinic. On Zocdoc its called corner health.
I booked this Appointment for a reason , im going thru some health problems and was looking forward to this all week to take the fist step in getting my health better. Obviously they don't care about anyone's health if they can't even update there address and or phoen number . It's ridiculous and brought to me frustrated tears, I just wanna get better now this gonna push back so much for my self .

I would recommend this provider to everyone! She was so sweet and caring and she actually validated my feelings when coming to my concerns and reassured me about my health and our next plan. I would definetly recommend booking with this provider, as booking was completely easy and my appointment time was honored and also wait time to speak to the provider was less then minutes! As soon as I checked in I was brought back!

I was experiencing mood swings, anxiety, and depression that seemed to come & go with my menstrual cycle. I also had trouble sleeping & felt unusually fatigue. I was referred to a mental health provider for additional support. Dr. Che taught me coping skills for managing anxiety & mood swings such as mindfulness, jouraling, and relaxation exercises. She also provided psycho education about how hormones can impact mental health & offered support during difficult times, especially when my symptoms were at their worst.
I feel better equipped to handle my mood changes and stress.
I appreciated that Dr. Che validating my experiences & helped me educate for myself.
