He was ok. Spoke very fast and was hard to understand him sometimes, but after he arrived he was efficient, nice, and explained everything really well. His assistant was great! nice, patient, and all together awesome!

He never followed up with my problems as he was supposed to.
He also tried to make me pay twice. I had to go back with the proof of payment, and, surprisingly, they found the original bill marked as paid.

Worst doctor ever. His phone wouldn't stop ringing extremely loud while he was supposed to be treating me, did the quickest check over I've ever had. Only reason the wait wasn't long because no one would ever go to this office.

The doctor was fine. He was nice, even apologized for being late. Unfortunately his office staff was a disaster. First they handed me the usual packet of forms that haven't been updated in years. Why can't they make it so that we don't have to write our name, address, and phone number at the top of each page? Then, they struggled with my insurance, and then informed me that the doctor was not in the office (even though I had scheduled only a couple of hours earlier. They said that I could meet with the physician assistant. Once I was put in the room, they came in and said that the doctor was actually going to show up. Terrible service.

Even having the last appointment of the day there was no wait (which I've never experienced!) The staff was very friendly. Dr. Valle was thorough, efficient and kind.
