I thought Dr. Aycazian was great! However I can't say that for the rest of the staff.
I made my appointment for the Burbank location at 9am, and it was confirmed by the doctors office. I had to wait for 2 weeks. I arrived at the Burbank location at 8:45am to find out that they weren't in that day. ZocDoc called them and found out that they were at the Glendale location, when the office called me they were extremely rude to me on the phone and made me feel like I was being an inconvenience to them. I told the lady that I had been waiting 2 weeks for this appointment and that I needed to get in today. She said to come in asap and they would get me in. I got there ay 9:30am and didn't get into the room until 11:15am. I didn't get out of the doctors office until 11:45am which made me very upset because I had to miss over 2 hours of work because of their mistake. I didn't get an apology and was treated like I made the mistake but they were the ones that confirmed me for the Burbank location.
However, I loved the doctor! He took his time and answered all questions.

I thought Dr. Aycazian was great! However I can't say that for the rest of the staff.
