The waiting room was a little crazy the day I was there, but overall a good experience.

The waiting room was as cold as outside in Chicago. The staff seemed to forget I was out there and they had no idea of why I was there. They don't accept credit/debit cards and it wasn't made known until I finished my appointment, which by the way came after a 1 hour 22 min wait.

Dr. Reyes is an excellent doctor and his staff is really friendly and welcoming. He has help not only me but my family. After taking my brother to so many doctors Dr. Reyes was able to diagnose him correctly. I was finally able to find the care we were looking for.
