I booked an annual (telehealth) visit via ZocDoc and filled out all necessary forms. A few hours before the visit, they called to double check I was coming into the office, because apparently they don’t do annuals via telehealth. There was no disclaimer on ZocDoc saying so. Plus the option for telehealth annual visit was available on their page. I’m glad they called, but unfortunately by the time they did, there were no other appointments available with the other provider I was looking into. Now, I just hope I won’t be charged for the appointment because I keep receiving messages asking how my visit was. It didn’t happen at all.

Had a virtual visit just to be told I needed to come in—something a receptionist could’ve told me beforehand. Waited 40+ minutes at my in-person visit to see someone who admitted they couldn’t help and had to call in another provider. After three visits, I finally got my prescription renewed, only to find the pharmacy didn’t have the correct dosage. The updated prescription was for a 3-month supply but expires in 28 days once opened. Reached out multiple times via email and phone—no clear answers, just more runaround. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a straight response. Poor communication, long wait times, and no accountability. The only bright spot was the kind and professional lab tech. Otherwise, this place has only added stress. If your insurance covers elsewhere, go there.

So my original appointment was rescheduled, they called me, and I assumed it would be like my standing appointment with the the Doctor however I was seen by the physicians assistant- who was nice but this was not the appointment I booked.

This doctor is registered on ZocDoc as a specialist in ENT and is the top search for ear nose and throat doctors. Once I got to the office though, I not only didn’t see him, but this also ended up being an urgent care office vs a practice. I saw a NP just to refer me to a real ENT. This is extremely misleading and disappointing especially since I have already been to several NPs. Need to update this in the system and be more clear.

Dr. Shinde is absolutely wonderful. He listens to my concerns and values my input in my care. He is so knowledgeable about current research and the latest studies. I never feel rushed with him, and can tell he truly cares about my entire well-being - physical and emotional.

Dr. Shinde is a great doctor and really cares - you can tell. He has been very supportive and is very knowledgeable both as a Ketamine specialist and primary care doctor.
