I have been a patient of Dr. M's for nearly 3 years. He is an excellent Dr. His exams are thorough, his instructions clear, and his bedside manner is an example that other Dr.'s should follow. I live an hour away, so there are plenty other Dr.'s I could see who are much closer to me.

The staff was super friendly. The only issue was the 45 minute wait once I got to the back. Same day appointment for a new patient was impressive. Dr. Mugaisi seemed very concerned with my medical issues and did what he could to help me.

I appreciate my visit with Dr. Mugaisi. he is the first doctor I can truely say will not give me the run around when I need to set up an appointment. He takes the time out to listen and understand the issue and sits down to explain how to go about with a solution.
