Very knowledgeable and personable. Even after a year she remembers little details about me that aren’t a part of why I’m in her office. She answers questions in a way that laymen can understand. All in all, she’s great!

It was my 1st visit, so it is difficult to form an opinion from one visit. Although my 1st visit was pleasant.

It was my first visit to the clinic. Everything went smoothly. Dr Lowenstein was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.
I appreciated her taking the time with me she did and her feedback on what she wanted regarding my cpap issues. I will definitely recommend her to others.

Verified patient
Dr Lowenstein was great. She was very thorough in her explanations to me and answered all of my questions. I would recommend her.
Verified patient
Dr Lowenstein was very thorough at presenting the data collected by my CPAP machine, interpreting the various graphical data and explaining what each of the data charts tells about my sleep habits and comparing the result to my original sleep study results from 2 years prior. The results were great because I have been a faithful participant in my prescribed treatment and have incorporated regular sleeping pattern which includes an average of 7 hours and 45 minutes of machine use.

It's very nice when a provider listens and takes the time to explain everything. She is not only very capable, but cares for her patients.
Verified patient
The doctor is extremely personable and has a way of making me want to do as she recommends, without being overbearing, pushy or bossy. I do wish the "office" part of the practice was a bit more organized. Twice, I have needed to schedule follow-up appts. and have been told their calendar doesn't go out that far.
Verified patient
I got there half an hour early and was in a room within 10 minutes, being seen by doctor in less than another 10 minutes. She shared my chart with me and explained things. Not belittling me or talking down to me.

Great patient raport!
As the Admin Director of a Surgical Division, I understand when I've found a great doctor. Dr. Lowenstein is top notch, not only as a knowledgeable physician, but as an enjoyable person. Mt. Scott ENT is a phenomenal practice with a great staff.

always a pleasant visit but when i comes to makeing appointments they could be alot clearer on what the appt is about. For instance I made my appt online to recieve my C-PAP gear, they thought it was for a follow up on my overnight test of the gear, so that cost me time and gas money even though the visit was not charged it still cost me but other than that all is great

Nice staff and office. I like Dr. Lowenstein. She is a good listener. We went over my history and checked on a couple of issues I was having before. She 'heard' me and adjusted by Bi-Pap as I had hoped.
Verified patient
Dr. Lowenstein was amazing. I have dealt with many doctors lately who would not listen or take the time to research what was going on with me. Dr. Lowenstein was the complete opposite. She listened, developed a short and long term game plan, and answered all our question. For the first time in over a year I feel hopeful that we have a solid plan. I can not thank her and her staff enough.
Great visit. Very informative. I will go back.
She is a nice lady.
Dr. Lowenstein was very informative and sensitive towards me medical issues. She came up with a treatment plan that made me feel confident towards my overall end results.
Dr Lowenstein was great! She listened to my issues and was very helpful in treating my snoring. Both my wife and myself can't thank her enough!
