Dr. Sidhu is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and Board Certified in General Adult Psychiatry. During training she worked with a diverse population dealing with some of the most severe forms of mental illness. She has extensive experience in diagnosing, treating and managing mental illness in the adult population. She has a private practice in Fullerton, CA. She specializes in treating various mental disorders and helping adults deal with emotional, relationship and other life issues. Dr. Sidhu believes in a strong doctor-patient relationship as well as in treating the whole patient with a biopsychosocial approach and individualized care in mind. She adheres to the highest standards of care in her practice. She also places high value in talking with and getting to know her patients well as opposed to doing only 'short med checks'. Her interests include Mood, Psychotic and Anxiety Disorders as well as Women's Mental Health & Cross-Cultural Psychiatry. This is a fee-for-service practice at this time. Dr. Sidhu is not currently on any Insurance panels. However, she is in the process of contracting with certain Insurance plans. This information will be updated in a timely manner.

Dr. Sidhu was very personable and explained everything very clearly. She was very professional but also put me at ease. She answered all my questions thoroughly, and didn't rush me out of her office. The office staff was also friendly, thorough, responsive and courteous.

She had very good advice for a prescription and didn’t want to rush to the pad to give me the strong medicine. She took her time and let me know their procedures also. I went to get help for an issue I am dealing with and this doctor told me straight out from the get go that she does not do counseling or deal with the emotional aspect of a patients problem, but only prescribes medications. I have never heard this before with a psychiatrist. I thought they all talked with the patient to help them cope and that medication was just to help get through the hardest part. This doctor only wants to know the initial reason, prescribes medicine, and then follow up every month to see if meds working. She gave me the names of other Dr's that do counseling. I now know to ask this question in the future, but I was completely blindsided by this.

She was horrible and blamed me for my bipolar disorder. When she was tired of treating me, she had her P.A. treat me. Poor P.A. Kenneth Granados was even worse. He over-medicated me. I swear he would give me a new medication to treat hiccups, if I had them. After several months of treatment, I was still unwell and attempted suicide more than once. I needed real help-- the most they showed they cared was when the office secretary called the sheriff department on me (three times total). When I was admitted to the ER and the hospital's psychiatric ward for over two weeks, she never answered calls from my treating psychiatrist or from me.

Dr. Sidhu was very supportive of what I had to say, and was able to accurately describe feelings and situations I was experiencing in my life. I am optimistic with her prescribed medication and advice as she was able to effectively explain the symptoms and ways to alleviate myself.

The appointment was an intake/evaluation. Dr. Sidhu was very warm and I felt that it was very easy for me to open up to her and be very honest during my assessment. I drove 2 hours to see her, and, for me, the experience with her made it worth the trek.

Not knowing what to expect, I was very impressed by her thoroughness, her friendliness & her diagnosis. She made sure I understood everything we had discussed. I would definite recommend her.

I was on multiple medications and always given different diagnoses because there was a rush in completing the session. Dr. Sidhu never made me feel that way. She really got to know me. At every step she explained what was going on. I felt comfortable opening up to her about my family, relationship & work in a way I have never been able to. I'm on the right medication and I can talk to Dr. Sidhu about anything. She always tries to guide me & has taught me how to help myself!!

I saw 3 psychiatrists before meeting Dr. Sidhu. For the first time I feel someone has taken the trouble to understand me and correctly diagnose me. I am extremely pleased with my results in treatment with Dr. Sidhu. I just wish she came into my life sooner!
