Hi, my name is Holly, and I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients in Kentucky. I specialize in a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, maternal mental health (pre/postpartum), women’s issues, insomnia and sleep disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), seasonal affective disorder (SAD), bipolar disorder, burnout, LGBTQIA+ mental health, gender and sexuality, life transitions, life coaching, trauma, sexual health and dysfunction, and stress management.
With 13 years of nursing experience and psychiatric training from Wayne State University, I bring a compassionate, client-focused approach to care. I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, and together with my colleagues at Lavender Psychiatry, I’m on a mission to create a world where feelings are felt, respected, and cared for.
