Everytime we see Dr. Yaghoobzadeh it is an excellent experience. Aside from his expertise and knowledge of medical issues beyond cardiology, his manner and genuine interest in the patient is remarkable. We can discuss anything with him and feel we can contact him whenever we feel it's necessary. We recommend him without any reservation.

Dr. Hooman Yaghoobzadeh is a practicing Cardiologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Weill Cornell Medical College, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He received his BS degree from Cornell University and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. After completing Internal Medicine Residency followed by Cardiology Fellowship, he was selected to help run the Internal Medicine Residency program as Chief Medical Resident at Cornell. His dedication to and excellence in Internal Medicine and Cardiology has been highlighted by his peers as well as hospital leadership through numerous awards. For the past two consecutive years, he has been selected as the “Voluntary Attending of the Year" as recognition for teaching excellence. He has been featured on the NBC Today Show, the CBC Evening News as well as multiple radio talk shows. He lectures on Cardio/Pulmonary/Renal pathophysiology as well as nutritional basis of disease. Dr Yaghoobzadeh believes that the foundation of good health starts with lifestyle choices, most importantly food. He has found this approach to be an important and powerful therapeutic tool in his practice. Dr Yaghoobzadeh is married with two children and lives in Westchester. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family, gardening and tending to his fruit trees.
