“I was attended to as soon as I arrived. The nurse was so nice and explained everything throughly. Dr. Reisman was nice. He pulled up a chair went through all my symptoms. Explained what we were going to do and made a scary situation so Bearable. He sent me for a test that day down the block and immediately made appointments for my next 2 appointments which were all within 1week..and He spoke to his nurse with such respect. One of the best experiences with a doctor ever.. This is Absolutely what you want in a Doctor especially a Cardiologist.. Thank you all??”

Dr. Reisman, featured on Fox and CNN, is the founder and Director of the New York Cardiac Diagnostic Center, which has a patient-focused philosophy. When you visit one of our convenient Manhattan locations for a daytime or evening appointment, you will experience unmatched comfort and compassion along with high-quality expertise. What sets us apart is a philosophy based on several premises. First, we function as a “concierge” style practice with individual attention and ease of setting up appointments and consultations but accept most insurance plans. Second, we have several Manhattan locations to make initial consultations easier. Third, we offer both daytime and evening appointments. Lastly, we specialize in diagnostic testing.
Dr. Reisman is a Cardiologist and nationally recognized Nuclear Cardiologist who was part of the team at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles instrumental in developing many early techniques in nuclear cardiology. He was among select investigators with the FDA evaluating intravenous dipyridamole thallium testing before its approval for patients who cannot exercise.
Dr. Reisman earned his Doctor of Medicine from Wayne State University. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University, a residency in Internal Medicine at North Shore University Hospital, and a fellowship in Cardiology at Westchester Medical Center.
He has authored or co-authored numerous publications and presented original research at the American College of Cardiology and American Heart Association annual meetings. You need to visit his uptown location. The downtown location is not his own office and front desk is very rude. The uptown location is chilled and the staff is very friendly.
Doctor is very direct to the point which i like. If you are looking for long discussions he is not your guy

I’m a teacher and I had a very difficult end of year high in stress and experiencing heart palpitations. I came in the office worried and I couldn't have gone to a better cardiology facility. They thoroughly checked my heart with multiple tests. It was all done in 3-4 visits. I know that sounds like a lot but trust me when I say that when you get the tests done you are reassured that you are getting a very thorough check with appropriate recommendations and treatment. My follow up was magnificent and I was reassured that my heart is healthy. I was recommended to change lifestyle with more exercise and a Mediterranean diet which I’m working with my nutritionist. Excellent office I highly recommend! Michelle was incredible! Dr. Reisman was an excellent!

Dr. Reisman is professional and well knowledge in his field . He only orders exams that are required. The techs are also professional, and make you feel comfortable during the procedures. Dr. Reisman office manager Michelle, is pleasant and explains the billing process, before any tests are performed. Dr. Reisman thank you for want you do.

Amazing clinic, very efficient. Dr Reisman is kind and thorough- wonderful bedside manner and a brilliant physician. His staff is wonderful and efficient as well. I was able to call, schedule, get in and complete a procedure all within a week. Very thankful I found their office! Will continue to use him for years to come.

Terrible experience. The physician interrupted me MULTIPLE times when I tried to explain to him why I was seeing him and was not thorough. The tech who performed my echocardiogram left the door adjar and when I asked her to close it she refused, saying she needed "the light." So, total violation of privacy. And no one ever called me with the results. Office didn't seem clean and the set up not professional. Will never go back.
