I've always had a good experiences going to Dr. Muller-McGovern. Her office is in the back of Odyssey Optical. She's very helpful with offering different contact lens options and helps you out with discounts and rebates. The office still uses a mostly paper-based system for record keeping and receipts, but it hasn't really affected my experience.

Second time I've been there in two years. As always, an excellent and professional experience. The staff even tried to help me land an apartment after listening to me whine about how I couldn't find an apartment in NYC (having moved back one week prior).

I thought she was a great doctor and very friendly. She happily helped me breakdown the best prices for contacts given my insurance plan. But I made an appointment for 2:45, got there early to fill out paperwork, and wasn't seen until 3:15. Seems to be more of a drop in place.
