I was very pleased by Dr. Bain's approach: down to earth and exactly what I needed (as opposed to doctors who order unnecessary tests). His direct but gentle manner was welcome. He is knowledgeable and professional. My experience in his office was very positive and gave me the result I needed.

Easy appointment, easy wait time. Office is outdated but doesn't really affect your appointment. Dr. Baim comes off as caring and wanting to help you, he just has an odd sense of humor sometimes but overall he is helpful and caring.

Not only is he very professional, he is personable and answered my question. Since the symptoms were no longer evident when I met him, he gave me a logical answer as to what happened and made me aware that if it should recur I would then do further testing.
