I Thought Dr.Landsmans' manner was direct and informative.
Honest evaluation of my situation. Provided a medication that might help also was honest about the possibility that it might not help.
My lack of taste and smell might not return. Sad but something

I found out that signing up online for an appointment on the half hour indicated I was a new patient. Really?! That created a talky unnecessary delay, as in fact I had been there last year. I had asked for a hearing test, but was told there was a backup waiting, so I relented.... Which means I could be charged another copay if/when I reschedule.
