Wonderful experience. Dr. Reinglass was amazing with my 5 year old. I can say enough good thing about all the staff also. Highly recommended
Verified patient
Dr. Reinglass was amazing! He is very knowledgable and will answer every question you may have. He is extremely thorough. His staff was not the friendliest unfortunately, and the wait was a little longer than I would have liked. But Dr. Reinglass was worth the wait!

I came to an appointment for my 6 year old daughter, first time at that practice. First we were seen by the technician for a series of eye tests - no offense but his bedside manner could really use some work. My daughter if very chatty and adorable but he completely ignored her and didnt respond to any of her questions. Then the Dr - Howard Reinglass walked past us in the waiting room while the eye drops were taking effect - he made an impression instantly, making a nice remark to my daughter and being ever so friendly. He is incredible with kids (and adults too!) Made the whole visit (and the wait) all worthwhile. I would definitely continue with Dr Reinglass and highly recommend him. A very pleasant, witty and charismatic man who will make your child feel that having an eye exam is fun!
His a great and funny doctor
Very pleased with my first appointment easy check in ,wait time was less then 15min to be seen. Explained everything that was going to be done with eye exam. Dr. Was very cheerful , appreciated you're business extremely friendly. Just overall happy with my visit ..can't wait till my glasses are in and I'm able to clear again. Thank you again dr. Reinglass.

The Dr was great. However, I really didn't care for the office. It was predominantly Hispanic. Every front desk employee was spanish speaking. I'm an Afro American. There we're no Afro Americans working there. For that reason, once I pick up my son's glasses, I will never patronize that business again, nor will I refer to anyone else.

My son actually got to see Dr. Reinglass. We waited for 45 minutes then when I went up and asked how much longer it would be the ladies at the front told me another 40 minutes. I think it's very unprofessional to keep your patients waiting for that long. It's very apparent the doctor doesn't schedule his patients properly because if he did no one would be waiting over an hour. If you're taking an hour with each patient then schedule appointments for an hour so the next person isn't waiting. It's really not difficult. Anyway, it was a bad experience and now I have to try to get an appointment elsewhere so I can get my son's eyes examed for school.

It went well.

Dr. Reinglass's office was bustling even when I arrived just after its opening. His technicians were helpful but could be gruff at times and didn't seem interested in being in the office. Dr. Reinglass's bedside manner was good and he helped me to understand exactly what would be covered by my insurance. Despite the busy office environment I would recommend Dr. Reinglass as an ophthalmologist.
Very much enjoyed meeting Dr. Reinglass. Also appreciated the caring manner of the tech, Dito. Will definitely return for my next annual eye exam.

Very nice THANK YOU
Horrible Place. Initial appt was cancelled by the docs office, only to show up at the new time & then have to wait a whole hour just to be seen. Half hour in, while sitting in the waiting room, an ignorant woman walks in & sits down & starts yapping on her cellphone, having an EXTREMELY loud conversation while it's on SPEAKERPHONE the WHOLE time??? & no one at the desk or in the office, asked her to quiet down or at least take her conversation out in the hall. So, as this is going on, (for well over a half hour), a woman named Mona, FINALLY came & got me, asked me some questions, had me look through some lenses, put drops in my eyes, never explaining what they were, and told me they'd call me back into the room in 20 mins. In the HOUR it took for them to call me back in,(i'm now there an EXCRUCIATING two hours, I experienced a bad headache & blurred vision because they dilated my pupils. The doctor, very quickly looked into my eyes, wrote a script for glasses and that was it. I asked him "what about my eyeglass exam? Turns out, the Mona person, who is NOT EVEN a Doctor, was the person who did my eyeglass exam & filled in what the prescription was, NOT the Doctor. When I questioned him on this, he became defensive & said " I don't do the eye exams, my nurse does". HUH? Then, he tells me that because of my insurance, my glasses will take 4 months to get when the REASON I went there was because mine broke. I asked him what to do in this situation & he tells me, "You can buy them from me out of your own pocket. In THAT case, they'll be ready in 72 hours" SERIOUSLY? I drove my car there because I THOUGHT I would be able to run some errands afterward, & I walked out nearly BLINDED by the intense light of the sun (they offered no temp sunglasses or recommendations to bring a pair) with a severe headache, not able to drive my car back home, & had to walk back because despite the fact that I made the appointment & they KNEW they do this test with all new patients, they never once told me to bring someone with to drive back home. They never gave me any info on how long my eyes would be dilated either & it's been over 12 hours and they are still not back to normal. This place really was a huge disappointment for me. I was thrilled to learn there was an eye care building near by, only for it to be your typical run of the mill, cram in all the welfare patients they can get in per day, dump. No desire to provide any intimate, detailed information to the patients, just get them in, move them out, & get paid. End of my story is, I walked out of there with having had my pupils dilated without even telling me what they were doing, wasting 21/2 hours of my time getting an eye exam that wasn't even done by the doctor, & never even got the glasses I went there for in the first place. I explained to the doctor that I couldn't wait 4 months for new glasses because I CAN"T SEE, & that I couldn't afford the inflated priced garbage he had available, & that I would find them way cheaper online. Even after having told him this, he didn't even fill out the script properly for me to be able to fill out the information needed to buy them online either. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you can. I know I'll never go back ...

While he is a great doctor the wait time is horrible. I was there for 4 hours and received 15 minutes before my appointment time.
