After my first visit, I knew I'd found the right doctor. She is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, caring, understanding- just perfect for me. Everyone there is welcoming and very pleasant.

The front desk staff were very nice. Someone helped me pick out frames while I was waiting. I arrived 30 minutes early, but the doctor took me as soon as she'd finished up with her previous patient which was very nice.

The customer service representative assisting with the glasses was incredibly friendly and helpful; I would highly recommend her. However, the doctor seemed rushed and not very personable. While it might have been an off day, I believe it would be beneficial for her to take a little more time to connect with first-time clients. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback helps improve future visits for other first-time clients.

It was my first eye exam in 6 or so years, so I was a little intimidated. I ended up needing glasses for the first time ever, and the staff were all very kind and explained things thoroughly.

Dr. Jeelani was great and helped to quickly diagnose an issue with my retina that other doctors had missed in the past potentially saving me from major vision issues in the future. She even reached out to a specialist directly to get me quickly in for additional treatment. I didn’t make it to getting a prescription due, to the issue, but the office has a really nice selection of stylish frames as well.

I loved her! She was very nice and attentive. She took the time to thoroughly answer any questions I had. I had to get my pupils dilated and while I was waiting, the receptionist fit me for my glasses and she was very nice and really funny! I’ll definitely be going back in the future. Highly recommend.

I was late so I could understand why I felt rushed; however, the appointments are all scheduled in 30 minutes increment so there is no type of grace period accounted for nor do I feel like 30 minutes is a good amount of time when it comes to explaining my medical history, eye issues, etc. plus the exam itself. All could be my personal preference though! She was definitely very sweet and professional. They do have a limited selection of frames though, and I would say mostly on the pricier side.

Would recommend. I had a work related injury and figured an optometrist would have the necessary tools to help. Was able to book an appointment with Dr. Jeelani for the next morning- which was needed. She looked at my eye, quickly saw the problem and referred me to an associated eye doctor office with ophthalmologists the same day (her office didn't have the tools). I'm glad I booked with her, else I wouldn't have been able to get the referral. The second office was great too. The doctor was able to remove the metal fragment and send me on my way, no issues. Everyone was quick, but thorough, and really nice.
