After getting pass the first interviewing technician who schooled me (in a very stern tone) about keeping up with my medical test results from other providers, I found Dr. Reynolds to be very knowledgeable and patient in explaining to me about my lower back pain. Bottom line, he stopped my pain by the end of the office visit. I will most definitely consider him MY doctor and will follow his treatment recommendations and interventions.

The time wait tells me that he spends time with his patients regardless . If I had to have questions answered or more attention I feel like he would do that for his patients.

I like the Doc. It was my first time there. I was SO happy to be treated there and not referred. Houston area is so famous for just referring you to doctor after doctor and you never get treated. Found out I had torn tendons right there and was treated with injections, right there. No unnecessary testing, no unnecessary additional out of pocket costs. Yes I will SO go again.

After finally getting into a room stil had to wait then once he actually came into the room he really rushed me and talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. On the other hand he had an older gentleman who was a nurse that was great. All the doctor wanted to do is order tests even though I just had most of them done months ago and I was looking for another option which he acted like he was to good or to busy for me.

While I'm sure Dr. Reynolds knows his stuff, he has an absolutely terrible bedside manner. I felt lost the entire time I was there, from the time the x-ray technician was taking my medical history (where was the nurse???) until the end of the visit when I thought I was scheduling an MRI, but then was told I was scheduling surgery. What the heck? If you like a doctor who explains things thoroughly, listens to you carefully, and acts like he/she cares about you, I would NOT recommend this doctor.

The dr didn't even introduce himself when he came in the room. He kept getting up and leaving the room and coming back in... Very strange. No patience and horrible bedside manor. He basically blew off our problem like he didn't want to take care of my daughters problem. AWFUL, Will not return.
