Appoitment was scheduled at 9:45 AM. Arrived on time and I was told I did not have to wait because of my previously scheduled appoitment. Rest of patients have to wait until they are called by a waiting list as they arrive. I waited almost an hour and 30 minutes until I was finally called. If I have a scheduled appoitment I'm supposed to be called into the office first, but I was not called. People who were on the waiting list were called first before me.
