About Dr. Thomas Riley
Dr. Riley is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and has completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Miami Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Temple University and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Marshall Health. He has a special interest in advanced minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle. He also has extensive experience in joint replacement of the shoulder, hip, and knee, including partial knee replacement. Additionally, he has completed specialized training in robotic-assisted joint replacement and is one of the few orthopaedic surgeons in the area who performs shoulder resurfacing procedures. Dr. Riley takes pride in developing skills and maintaining up-to-date surgical techniques in treating injuries and conditions of the hand and wrist. Cell-based therapies such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stem Cell Treatments are also an important part of his practice.
Please be aware that we hold a strict cancellation policy, including an $85 charge for all no-show appointments. We hold our patients in high regard and always strive to respect their time as well as provide availability. No-show visits are the most significant factor contributing to appointment delays and preventing patients from receiving the quality of healthcare they deserve. If you are unable to make it to your appointment and would like to reschedule, please call us prior so that we can discuss waiving the no-show fee.

The doctor was very nice. He listened and suggested an x-ray and actually did it himself with a very modern piece of equipment. Then he showed me the spurs in my heels and a piece of chipped bone on my foot. He is the fourth podiatrist I’ve been to and I’m glad I sought out his opinion with my foot problems.

Dr. Thomas Riley and Dr. Bradley were amazing in assessing my hip condition, and presented treatment options. They also provided immediate treatment to mitigate my pain while waiting to weigh in options and make a decision at my next follow up visit. Great team work. I came with high expectations of Dr. Riley and was not disappointed. It was easy to make an appointment and fill out forms (mostly online in advance). His location has free parking with validation, is very close to home, and modern. But most of all, I trust his medical education and experience, which combined with an easy and patient manner, make him an excellent doctor. Well deserving of his 5-star reputation!

I had a great experience with Dr Riley. He was professional, friendly, and most importantly very humble. He explained what needed to be done in detail and made sure everything I could possibly need was covered before I left. His office assistant Kara was another unexpected surprise. She also made sure I was taken care of and that my follow up and external diagnostic needs were setup for success. I would definitely recommend Dr Riley if you are in need of a modern and professional Orthopedic Surgeon.
