What should a new client know about working with you?
Providing individualized psychiatric care with a supportive, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based approach. Initial visit in person is a comprehensive evaluation: symptoms, history, medications, and goals. After initial visit we build a treatment plan together, which may include medication malmanagement, referrals to psychotherapy.
Follow - up can focus on progress, side effects, and practical skills to help you function and feel better over time. Follow up visits can be scheduled in person or by telehealth.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The first visit is a thorough psychiatric evaluation where i review symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medications, and treatment goals. Follow-up appointments are used to track improvement, address side effects. Visits can be in person or via telehealth, depending on clinical needs and preferences.
