Dr. Ostrovsky evaluated my food allergies and gave me a list of foods to avoid. Armed with this Information, I was able to better control my Blood Pressure and also lost 10 lbs of weight.

The driving force of Dr. Ostrovky’s practice is toward restoring health and immunity by addressing individual nutritional and hormonal needs of patients, by decreasing toxic burdens and impacts of stress. He achieves that with eliminating foods that patient is sensitive to, with intravenous infusions of vitamins, oral supplementation with appropriate minerals, chelation therapy, acupuncture and homeopathy. His multi-dimensional approaches to painful conditions include restorative injections, like platelet-rich plasma injections, prolotherapy, neural-prolotherapy, neural therapy.
Dr. Ostrovsky attended Medical School at Saint Petersburg State Medical University, and he earned his PhD at the Russian Academy of Sciences. He came to New York for his residency in anesthesiology at St. Vincent's Hospital, and an internship in internal medicine at SUNY. To get exposure to other types of medicine, Dr. Ostrovsky trained in acupuncture at Medical Military Academy and in China. He has studied under a number of the world’s most renowned homeopaths, including Dr. Rajan Sankaran. Dr. Ostrovsky is a Diplomant of American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and Fellow of American College of Acupuncture.
