Dr. Chen chose the field of Internal Medicine because he enjoys caring for his patients and helping them find answers to their health issues. "I grew up fascinated by the Sherlock Holmes character, and the way author Sir Arthur Conan Doyle endowed the character with unique observation skills. Doyle also invented many investigative techniques for Sherlock that are still used by real-life, modern-day detectives. I like to solve problems and an Internal Medicine physician is like a medical detective using sophisticated tools, tests, knowledge and a hypothetical 'magnifying glass' to discover medical clues and formulate solutions." Dr. Chen works with his patients to keep them healthy by focusing on preventative medicine, lifestyle choices, and educating them to know their important health numbers such as cholesterol and blood pressure. Dr Chen provides me with a thorough comprehensive evaluation of my relative health. We look at progress that i am making towards improving my health goals and discuss ways to achieve that. I like his approach using better diet and increased exercise to improve my blood numbers and weight.

Dr. Ihong Chen is a very nice doctor. He would call me from his office to inform me the result after each test. The assistants are very helpful. I did stayed in ICU for three days. The service was just great, no thing to be complain.

Dr. Chen is not my regular physician, but he went over my test results (bloodwork) that I had not seen before and explained everything well. I went in because of a cough and he explained various remedies and OTC treatments since there was no use in prescribing medication for my condition. Overall a positive experience.
Dr. Chen, why is very detailed in his examination of me. He listened to what I had to say and ask pertinent questions 4 proper evaluation of condition. he also let me know that the over-the-counter nasal sprays I've been using raise blood pressure. that I was not aware of and was not made aware of by other physician. I found Dr. Chen an evaluation to be spot-on. I have suffered for over 6 months with a condition that is now clearing up do to Dr Chen's excellent Medical Care he provided for me.
