Fantastic experience — I felt heard. The doctor reviewed my information carefully and showed genuine concern for my health issues. His bedside manner was professional, attentive, and reassuring, and he made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.
I also appreciated how organized the visit was: my forms were printed and ready, and the information I entered on Zocdoc was already included — I only needed to add any additional concerns. No other provider I’ve seen in California has done that.

I recently had very severe back pain that lasted several days so I decided to contact a chiropractor here on Zocdoc. I decided to give Dr. Fekri a visit since his office had availability and accepted my insurance. Despite having to wait a little over an hour to be seen from stepping foot into the office and having arrived early for my appointment, I was very happy with the care and correct diagnosis I received from Dr. Fekri. He answered all of my questions and also asked me all the right questions to better understand my injury and prescribed me the right medication that had me feeling significantly better that same day. I have been to different chiropractors throughout the past couple decades but I am impressed with Dr. Fekri's thoroughness and capabilities and will be returning and recommending friends and family to his practice.

First, the wait time was very quick I was in and out ,the staff were knowledgeable, the only thing is I took a blood pressure test and no one mention the results to me weather it was high or low but other than that first time patient let's see how it goes in the future, the Doctor listens to his patients.

I wouldn’t recommend a visit. The office was super grungy, the place was weird, and it seemed that the doctor didn’t know what he was doing for a super simple ask. He frequently appeared lost. Moreover, I felt that the doctor didn’t listen to what I was saying and saw me as a “problem to be fixed” and not a “patient to help”. The actual reason I went was disregarded and the office staff treated me quite poorly. I won’t be returning to this place or to this doctor.

Overall experience is fine.
However, my symptoms are still not going away after taking the medicine.

The doctor was great. Listened to my reasoning for my visit along with my other concerns and he did not feel like he was trying to rush out to the next patient (like many doctors). This was nice! He gave me referrals, explained next steps, set up a follow-up appointment, and asked for questions again before he left. Very thorough. Front desk and medical assistant were friendly.
The only feedback was for the building itself as it is located in a medical building with multiple offices and practices. It was slightly difficult to locate once inside, because this building is very out-of-the-ordinary with the layout. Not a typical box building and the signage within the building was not helpful and completely incorrect. Lastly the shared restroom on that floor of the building could better improved in regard to cleanliness.

Really nice doc. The facilities are a little old and seem outdated, but the doc listened to all my concerns and ordered all the tests I wanted. Will definitely see again.
