The medical assistant met me first and had me describe the reason for my visit in detail. Once I saw the doctor, she had NONE of these notes; I had to repeat myself all over again. The wait could have been shorter. I was happy that I was able to get a clear diagnosis of what was going on with my ear.

Arriving to the location was easy directions was precise but there was no one at the front desk to let me know where to go. I did have the suite number but had to call the office to know what elevator to take. When I got to the office they seen me right away the staff was nice and the Dr was straight to the point. I highly recommend visiting this office for ENT reasonings

I made an appointment and the doctor was able to see me the next day which was amazing I didn't have to wait weeks or months. The office staff was friendly and signed me in right away. When it was time for the doctor to see me we talked about my hearing problem and she went right to work on me and in a half hour I could hear clearly again I was so thankful I would recommend my family and friends that may need a ENT if asked in the future,

Dr. Naumann is a very kind physician. She greeted me with a smile and spent some time getting to know me before her examination began. We discussed my health and she was clear and efficient with my time. She offered me a prescription in addition to an over the counter treatment incase my insurance didn't cover which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend Dr. Naumann, she seems to enjoy her field of work and her patients.
