As a summer only resident of Royal Oak it was challenging to find a medical provider to assist me with an ongoing condition.

The office contacted me about 20 minutes before my appointment, which I didn’t really prefer, but I’d rather them be much early than very late. I was also contacted by what I believe was an MA first, which was nice. Although I have booked with the provider again after this visit, I wasn’t too happy about the initial appointment because I could tell that the pre-appointment notes that I had left weren’t read and only my reason for visiting that I had selected under Zocdoc’s options was discussed. Nonetheless, my appointment was quick and to the point, which I appreciate, but it would have been nice for the provider to get to know my situation a little better instead of seeing me so quickly. She was friendly and it was nice having a female provider. :)
