The doctor did not even look at me a single time. His assistant talked to me. The doctor was rude and seemed like he did not care. When asked about the meds at the end he asked me if I was breastfeeding and when I told him that I was he rolled his eyes and tried to prescribe me with a med where I could not breastfeed. Also the entire staff was not wearing a mask as well as the patients and the office smelled like pee. When I went to the restrooms it was disgusting and I had to change the toilet paper myself. No tissue was available to dry my hands. Just a bad experience. Do not recommend.

My experience with the office and doctor was good AT FIRST. I was seen promptly almost without wait time. That was a good part.
Doctor was attentive and polite - another plus.
Doctor prescribed tests to be conducted, and they were conducted right there in the office.
And here is where the pitfall is.
Doctor did not take care of checking whether my insurance would cover everything, and later when I got a bill with not covered items, I was told that IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT INSURANCE COVERS AND WAT'S NOT !!
Now, imagine this. I am with the flu and fewer, am coming to the office asking to be prescribed antibiotics. The matter was very easy to be resolved, if the billing staff at the office was willing to provide the insurance company with the billing codes.
They did not !! And they kept telling me that it is my responsibility !!
Well, lesson learned. I will keep asking and confirming everything ahead of time.
And that would give me some time to think, before choosing the doctor's office.
I have no complain for the doctor, but for the office staff. This does put a shadow on the doctor, though. It is his office, and he is in charge of the staff. There are many doctor offices in Brooklyn and Queens. I advise everyone to think, before booking with this office.

I liked this doctor. He was able to figure out what kinda a pain and tumor I had under my admit. Thankfully it was not serious. just a temporary thing You come with good energy, you get that warm. energy back. Respect the staff and office and that's the first step to get the treatment you deserve. That's gonna be the first step in your healing process. And wait time was actually not too long. I totally spent there around 20-30 minutes.

The best doctor's office I have experienced, the staff is very friendly and caring, and the office has a lovely family vibe. You can tell they are all very passionate about what they do and honestly care for their patients. The physician's assistant was incredibly knowledgable, caring and worked extra hard, and was so detailed I knew I was going to get the right treatment and was able to put me at ease for the reason I was there. The office maintained excellent service while being so busy I did not feel rushed out like most places. I felt extremely well taken care of by the whole office and am very thankful. Highly recommend
