He was the best ear Doctor I have seen in quite a while. Takes the Time to evaluate you thoroughly, listen to you carefully , and fully diagnos the problem and give follow up on the next step, or recommendations. Very attentive , good demeanor and actually listens. He doesn't try to rush you without hearing your concerns.

The wait time was unacceptable. I made an appointment for 12.30 PM. Got there 15 minutes early. Yet by the time I was called in to see the doctor, it was something like 1:15 PM or so. Then there was an additional 15 minutes or so wait before the doctor finally saw me.
The person at the front-desk did not seem to be very good at signing people in, or particularly like what she was doing. She was pretty vocal about how much she disliked the system. She was nice to me though, but I will probably never go back there.

I am on the quest to find a doctor in each arena that I go to regularly and I'm glad to say that I found my ENT. I was late unfortunately and was still able to see Dr. Likhterov. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was pleasant and made what was a hard morning very enjoyable. Winde was funny, Dr. Likhterov as knowledgable and patient and the receptionists (whose names I don't remember) were very willing to get me sorted out despite my lateness. I would definitely recommend this facility and this doctor.
