Staff and provider seemed genuinely empathetic and concerned about my health. The provider asked lots of questions and was interested in the entire health picture.
The dedication to providing mediocre care and service. The AMG policy requiring in-person visits for quarterly check-ins with patients on restricted prescriptions stands out as an effort to not keep with the times. Additionally, I found the provider to be considerate and kind, but at my provider’s own admission, uncomfortable with providing what I know to be routine care such as prescribing an alternative medication and following-up with the patient. The support staff for my provider were also difficult in their presumptions about reasonable requests I had between visits.

This was my first appointment with Dr Baseer and it was a very positive experience. All staff I encountered were friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr Baseer really took the time to listen and address all my concerns. She was very compassionate and knowledgeable. Its such a comfort to establish care with someone that clearly values their patients.

I was refused service on the basis of my sexual orientation. The doctor seemed me too "diverse" and referred me elsewhere. Really disappointing experience to have in 2023. I hope this doctor can educate herself and in the future not use her homophobia to deny queer people care.
