About Dr. Julia Dyer
A native Chicagoan, Dr. Dyer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a Master of Public Health degree in Health Management from the University of Illinois-School of Public Health. She then received
her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of California-Los Angeles (UCLA) and completed her medical residency at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Dyer then went on to complete her post-graduate fellowship training in Gastroenterology and Clinical Nutrition at The University of Chicago.

Dr. Dyer went through all of my test results and explained everything on them. She was also very careful not to prescribe me a medicine that could interact poorly with other medications that I'm on. I felt that she listened to my concerns and that there was a great outcome of the appointment.

I came with a gastroenterology/colonoscopy referral from my primary care practitioner. Dr. Dyer was very knowledgeable and professional and ended up referring me on to another place to further diagnose my complaint. I did have to wait about 45 minutes to see her, but it did seem like the office was quite busy on that day so that wasn’t a big surprise.

Dr. Julia seem to be a good doctor notice I said seem to be- I just dont understand how they are calling their self's doctors and not helping us from the heart.. She gave me a prescription I never received it..
