After just moving to Georgia, I scheduled the office visit because I was suffering from terrible allergies which resulted in a sinus infection. After talking with Dr. Devu for some time, she recommended a Thyroid test because I had never had my thyroid tested, even though I have never had thyroid issues. Dr. Devu assured me my insurance would cover it fully, and that we would need to schedule an allergy test on another day because I had taken allergy medicine that morning. I went ahead and got the Thyroid test since she seemed so concerned and went on my way. A couple days later, their office calls me to tell me my thyroid test came back normal (shocking) but they are trying to run the allergy test through my insurance and it looks like it's not at all covered. I called my insurance company who told me the reason my insurance would not cover the allergy test is because I have an HRA and all of the funds in my account had been used up on 3/12/2015 for the thyroid test. So thanks, Dr. Devu.... It is now mid-August and I am still suffering from allergies and will have to pay out of pocket for all doctor visits the rest of the year. What a scam! But the good news is my thyroid is fine...

Dr. Indira Devu is very nice, But I was there for a physical back in 5/8/2015 today is 6/16/2015 and I having receive any update. I try to call the office several times left messages and no one has call me back..

This review is not to discredit Dr. Devu, because she is very nice, however, her staff was unpleasant. The nurses were very rude and unprofessional and made my visit uncomfortable. I will not be coming back.

The staff were courteous. The wait time is too long. Dr. Devu Appears genuinely interested pretty good bedside manner but also in a hurry causing common things to go undone. I was there (new patient) for upper respiratory issues (asthma/hay fever). She listened to my lungs but did not check my ears, nose or throat (details count) all very related functionsto respiratory functions. Congestion was listed as a current reason for visit but no check. After the long wait 9:30am appointment not with doctor until after 11:15am I was ready to go so I let it go without mentioning. After blood work etc O was done at 12:30pm 3hr visit.

I thought it was better than the last dr I had. I also thought the office and rooms were rather confined however it didn't take away from the care and concern Dr. Devu gave to me. The office was rather busy and she seemed to be all over the place but she stayed attentive to our medical conversation and the orders she placed for me. If she gets a bigger place, more rooms, and a better a/c unit she'll be the best PC facility I've been to in a very long time. But overall my first time was wonderful. Looking forward to seeing you again Doc!??

Staff helpful and friendly. Dr Devu was very through with back ground questions, note taking and a plan for treatment. She asked good questions and is a good listener which I think is essential to good health care.
