The clinics need to be more organized. We have waited for 30 min with an appointment and the doctor kept asking us to schedule another appointment though we haven't talked much. The staff were very friendly but they could improve on establishing patient's profile, making the whole process more efficient and organized.

Dr. Bao is very knowledgeable and communicates well about the health conditions of her clients. She worked with me to figure out the necessary steps for my health and was clear about the concerns and positives regarding my health. Overall, my visit was excellent.
