Dr. Krym herself is wonderful!! I had a bit of a wait despite being on time to my appointment, and then had to sit there and answer a bunch of questions with the nurse despite having them filled out on the paperwork, and telling the staff I needed to leave at a certain time, which didn't happen. Despite that, Dr. Krym is very caring and explains everything very clearly (which is great when you don't have a medical background at all), and answered any questions you have.

Felt very disrespected in that my time was not valued. First time I had to leave after waiting an hour-and-a-half and couldn’t be seen in time for my next thing. Second time spent over an hour waiting to be seen while there was only 1 patient in the room ahead of me. I expect doctors to be late but this is ridiculous. It’s a shame because as a person and doctor, I really like her!

Waiting to see her is well worth it. She doesn't rush your visit she explained everything to you and answer all your question. She is the BEST.
Quality of Service TOP Notch.
She calls with the result, after your visit not her staff.
I give my Dr 10 STARS. This is how I feel about her.

I like dr Krym and I respect her job but she should make less appointments so we don’t have to spend 5 hours there ! We have things to take care of too and families !! I will change dr just because of that ! It is happening every time !! Really bad system ! Sorry dr Krym

She saw my emergency wrote prescriptions and recommended specialists, one who convinced me to get iv antibiotics at a hospital .

My visit with Dr. Krym was good. She was very thorough but the wait time was ridiculous. I made a 1:00 pm appointment on Zocdoc but was never confirmed. I had to call the office to find out that it was not available and had to be rescheduled to 1:30 PM. I filled out paperwork when I got there but waited to 2:30 before the doctor came in. I over heard she was taking lunch even though I was her last patient.

Regardless of what the wait time might be in this office on any given day , Dr. Krym is deffinitly worth waiting to see. Visits with her are worth the wait each time. I have never had a doctor that has been so thorough and caring. She really takes the time to address any and all concerns and the staff there is very friendly and caring.
I am very glad that I found her ! !

Dr Krym came highly recommended to me and, after my appointment, I can see why. She was very thorough and truly listened to what i was saying - and her staff is great. To top it off, she even called me that same evening with the results from my blood work. I'm thrilled to have found this doctor and feel fortunate to be under her care. In regard to wait time, I was seen straightaway, but I understand that was an anomaly. I was told that wait time can generally be over an hour - in my opinion, this doctor is worth it.

Dr. Krym was really friendly and warm. I was not impressed with her office, however. I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen, and the office itself is not very nice. It's a basement office and it's a bit dingy and dark. However, all the staff were nice and tried to be helpful, but the wait was really frustrating.
